According to Wikipedia, the only language Ꚏ was ever used in (Abkazakh) replaced it with what I call "Tsae", which is pronounced [tsæ] and describes the sequence Цә (which is pronouned [tsæ] in *censored the Q-word to not make it start an argument*).
