Cao Giang is a fantasy province, take away lands form Thanh Hóa, Nghệ An, Hà Tĩnh and Quảng Bình Province, the most bieng Hà Tĩnh. The only known use is in the "Hội họp các cán bộ lớp lần thứ II" (The 2nd class staffs and monitors meeting), which's organized in Vinh, Cao Giang (the meeting is also a lie)
