Reservations for the second wave of ATTC characters. This signup sheet has been redone to be more informative, and I won't be as relaxed as last time (Unless I get desperate(I got desperate(Hmmmm))) Also, I'll handle everything after I get your signup. No extra work will be needed on your end. Don't make them too overpowered. I'll readjust them, and possibly make them exponentially weaker.
