So school is starting tomorrow for me (August 10th). It was a good break. I finished school early in February so I had a long break. I got 3 chapters of TAD out after a year of a hiatus. I started a webcomic in March, which has been doing so well and is now a big passion of mine <3 I also had a fun time hanging out with my best friend a lot and basically lived there most of the summer lol Ah anyways not the point not the point If you don’t wanna read all this, basically, I’m going into high school, and it’s a 50/50 whether it’ll affect my comics right now I’m going into high school (9th grade) tomorrow. Usually when school starts, nothing’s been affected with my comics really. But I’m going into high school, not just another year of middle school. I have no idea if it’s gonna be extra time-consuming and/or draining, which could very much affect the comics of mine. If you don’t read Lurking Secrets of Paradise or Side Roars, then, for now, you don’t need to worry too much tbh. My motivation for TAD is always fluctuating and crappy lol Two things could happen Good? Because of the inability for me to do stuff during the week, I might work on my comics more. Bad? High school turns out to be time-consuming and/or draining and I can’t work on my comics as much. Even if the bad happens, I’m online homeschooled, so I tend to work ahead of the pace and get school done a little early, so the bad won’t be for too long
Also speaking of TAD I finally started to redraw the prologue, and will be beginning to share it once it has 10 panels :) August 31st Update: Lol I hate high school, my webcomic was updating sporadically for like the whole month because of school :’) I do still have a plan to get the first semester of school done early, hopefully by late November so I’m not thrown into the second semester early. But it’s not my usual routine so I can’t say for sure if it’ll actually go well :’)
