If you are learning German, or for some reason learning English from German, then this project is for you! It's important to learn the little details about vocab, I feel, so that you can speak properly, not just recognize correct forms of the language. That's actually something that took me a lot of time to learn. I feel like I can understand German a lot better than I can use it without issues. For example, I included the word Hund. Not because I don't know what it means, but because I'm never able to remember the correct plural form! I don't know why some languages are so complicated. I would say in some ways, German is way more irregular than most languages. Most of the words in this project come from conversations I have had with people, or through newspaper articles that I have been trying to read. I guess it goes without saying, but the more words you know, the less you will have to struggle when having a conversation, which can be embarrassing, if not frustrating. It's important to learn the correct pronunciation. Americans are rather bad at this. What's the point of learning a language if you aren't even willing to pronounce the words correctly? Then again, few people learn German in the first place. But my point stands. I'm not good at art. So there's not any in this project :(
