(please please read the whole thing it has all the info :'0) INTRO first off, tysm for 1.7k+, thats truly unbelievable to think about :) (mainly because im pretty bad at scratching and theres no reason to follow me lol) ABOUT BEING OVERRATED i *am* overrated, it doesnt matter what my art looks like or the fact i animate, its the fact that i cant, well, scratch very well. look at famous scratchers who deserve every single one of their follows and more-- they finish their map parts, get their comic chapters out on time, stay frequent in posting, hosts contests and maps, etc. now look at what i do. yup, the exact opposite of what they do. MOTIVATION i also am not doing band camp anymore (long story) so while i have more time to be on scratch or animate, honestly my motivation is elsewhere, like traditional drawing and reading during the day (aka, i always read every night but rarely any other time, but rn instead of getting on a screen i read) so yeah pretty funky huh. (i doubt ill ever post a "farewell scratch" project or whatever, just eventually fade away. not saying im leaving scratch or anything, im just pointing this out.) this means im not really working on my overdue map parts, sorry. MAP PART UPDATES - crush is still a sketch - fall to fire is still a sketch - everything you can do i made a new sketch but decided to redo it so back to square one - are you satisfied i havent started either but thats my own part so yeah (also, ill be checking in to ays occasionally so dw if im not accepting people/looking at your remixes) AS THE SKY DARKENS (just want to say really quickly that yes, im restarting from the beginning. there are many changes to the story, enough to warn you guys to not keep anything from the comic in mind. basically the same story and stuff just different execution and tweaked personalities lol) and finally, about atsd. i know everyone was probably expecting auditions to come out soon after i posted the announcement project. im really happy about the amount of interest shown in the animated series :) but sadly the actual auditions are not coming out anytime soon. im trying to perfect this version, and ive adapted the story a bit so im trying to make everything work. its taking a long time because i really dont want to make a mistake and know i cant restart it cuz this is like my billionth time restarting :/ so sorry about that i promise theyll come out at some point :) TITLE CHANGE¿ but also i may be thinking of changing the title. while i really like atsd/as the sky darkens, i made a change to the story which kind of makes the title not make sense anymore. it was originally poss/power of sun and silk after the prophecy, but i just didnt like it ig. then i changed it to atsd/as the sky darkens which instead focuses on the main antagonist, darksky. but now her name is changed to icysky/frozensky or something along those lines so now the title doesn't really make sense anymore. so im trying to figure out a new name. as this is a webshow the name will be a bit different than traditional scratch comics i think. i suppose you can give name ideas even though you guys dont really know the story lol :') im just still thinking about it CONCLUSION well tysm if you read the whole thing you get bred :D idk if it was hard to read or what i just really needed to put this out here. sorry about the spotty activity i still love you guys when you really like a song but you cant pronounce the title so you cant add it to your playlist :"D
