the hyper dome is a superstructure that looks like a planet but inside is a mechanized body controlled by millions of crew each with roles more important than the emperor themselves. hyper domes house backup DNA to help clone already existing races and people with them having the memories and knowledge to rebuild civilization. tech is also housed here with military-grade tech being used to help the growth of the new civilization. it's hard to figure out what planet is hyper dome mostly the planet has way more water than land or life in the beginning stages on the outside.
