Emperor Skoth, has now turned 50 Years Old. Now he is speaking a speech on his birthday, "First I would like to thank the Citizens of the Skothic Uprising for all their support. Thanks to them, our defense bill keeps rising, and more and more soldiers join us. I also have decided to have a fifth Personal Guard, for protective measures. To many of the other Nations, I say to you. I have been working hard for the past 38 Years, to give freedom to this world. And I cannot believe it was 35 Years ago, when 56,250 soldiers joined my cause, because before that, I was by myself. Now, the Skoth Uprising has 625,000 soldiers. And for those who wonder. 'Why does the growth rate of Skoth's military increase every year?' To that I say, revivial among the nations is spiking up. All soldiers are rising up to the call of freedom. And perhaps a decade from now, our millitary will be nearly have a Million soldiers. And sometimes, POW, MUST BE EXECUTED, to bring true freedom to this world! Now I know the other nations, have more soldiers then us, but if ANY NATION OPPOSES our ideas, then we will DECLARE WAR ON THEM! And our nation will win, it always succeeds on conquering others, even if it's means nearly 2 decades bloodshed. Now on gas, I do not think it should be used in military, or on civilians, AND WE WILL INVADE ANYONE WHO USES GAS ON SOLDIERS OR CIVILIANS! And don't worry. I have a certain ally, that will send help if I need it. Now I know, I know. This speech is long. But one more thing. DO NOT BELIEVE, the propaganda of the Former Chief, who is a POW. Do not, believe him. HE IS A LIAR! AND IF ANY NATION AGREES WITH HIM, THEN WE WILL WIPE YOUR NATION OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH!" *Crowd Cheers*
