My sister keeps using terms she doesn't even know what they mean- she had a "mental breakdown" for five minutes. FIVE ASDFGHJKL MINUTES!!! I've had a mental/ nervous breakdown. It lasted nearly two hours, maybe longer. It took me another hour and a bit to calm down. You don't get "panic attacks". Your "panic attacks" only last about five minutes and you calm down soon after. You just get rly strong anxiety. Use terms correctly. You can cause a lot of damage. I have had an anxiety attack. And it was terrifying. There can be no way you are having a panic attack. I get lockdown made you a bit iffy to go outside. But that CANNOT stop us from doing what we want. Stop controlling us. Stop verbally bullying me to my face. I don't care if its behind my back. I'm not a furry (not that I'm ever coming out to you). I'm a therian. You have no right to tell your friends that I'm a "furry". It hurts so much. So stop.
