Emperor Skoth, of the Skoth Uprising is annoncing to his entire nation. "I am Skoth. Now I know most of you probably have never heard of us before, since we just became a nation. But for those who do, you think of me as a aggressive, and brutal warrior. I only fight for the freedom of this world. Cases of Covid-02 are infecting my brave and valiant soldiers. So in order to protect them, we are gonna quarantine all who have the virus. And all who have the virus must wear masks. As for everyone else, you have the freedom, to either wear masks or not.
