Description

I love this goofy goober, lol. (31 August) STORY: (WHERE IT ALL STARTED) Null plus his friend (who we'll name later) had jobs as side-workers for one of Queen Lullaby's assistants. So, they didn't technically work for the Queen, rather they worked for people who worked for the queen. As such, they were paid in a semi-handsome amount, which they shared, plus used for their own necessities (such as water, food, clothing, plus much more). They were (surprisingly) highly esteemed in the palace, something rather unheard of at the time. They weren't given too much, but they were given fresh food every once-in-a-while, which was very good for them! But after awhile, that momentum soon slowed down, soon turning into something unrecognizable; the assistants had began paying the couple (not romantically by the way) way less then they were used to (which is a serious problem). It came to a point where the two just couldn't survive like that anymore, so they officially left for good. (CLOSER PAST) Now that the two were on their own, what was there for them to do? Would they rather stay somewhere for a night or find someone to take 'em in for years at most? Vogelfreund suggested they stay in a barn, but Null disagreed (black and white 2 reference real), insisting on staying someplace, "more fitting for our lifestyle". Vogelfreund (unfortunately) agreed to Null's argument, so they went away on their quest. Now that Null plus Vogelfreund were searching, they had to spend hours upon hours searching for the best home for them. They tried storage places, broken pieces of wood, plus much more as makeshift totally-not-homes. After that, dusk was beginning to fade, plus the pair were both extremely hungry from searching for a place to stay. They were getting very close to the verge of quitting entirely, opting to sleep on the streets of New Jersey, until they found out about a certain forest they could stay in. The two were simply planning on (somehow) making a campfire and just...sleep on the floor I guess, but they instead found an abandoned house (or at least just a house not for lease or sale) just near the end of the forest. While very confused why a house would be left alone in a forest of all places, they were joyful they had a proper place to stay, and at that point, they didn't care if it matched their lifestyle at all, but rather if it was a stable home. The house was, granted, gigantically messy, filled with cobwebs, plus even had what seemed to be the very remains of canned food, dating back to the mid 1900's, most likely 1930-1950 based on the packaging, however it was hard to tell, as some of it had been scrapped over time. The house was a two-story home, with stairs seemingly never ending at first glance. Null plus Vogelfreund began to settle in, very slowly, yet fast in some weird way. The pair were satisfied with their new-found home, so they wanted to do some cheesy celebration. They ultimately decided to earn some money, but how would they even do that? After all, they had just lost their jobs, left their only support, they don't have any family in town to help them either, plus who'd want to employ two randoms who probably have no idea what they're doing? So they said to themselves, "Hey! How about make a business service, so we can get work for it ourselves!", but they then realized they couldn't pay themselves, so the opted to make a business and have people pay them for their work, simple as that. (Continued story inside the comment of the "Sprite 1" Sprite) Kind of wish I added more detail to the background, but hey, that's alright. I'm pretty happy with the result of this! I wish I could have made the lighting more blue, but magenta's alright (it's actually purple, but multiply made it magenta). Time taken: Possibly an hour and 30 minutes, or maybe just 30 minutes, I didn't count. Songs: A New Kind Of Love - Frou Frou (Apologies for using it one again, I love the song) Hayloft - Mother Mother (Again, I love the song, and it just fits) Also the head is extremely un-rat like, but that's alright too. It doesn't have to be accurate every time.
