Yay, a new Cat Master...adding to the elements of Cat Master, already electric and now Metal?! There is previous Cat Master elements I have made but I still need to modify them. NOT DOING BITMAP REQUESTS BUT I WILL DO VECTOR REQUESTS!!! And I won't do anime either. Or Manga. Or Chibi.
