Play with color, wave height, waves, shadow. Scratcher suggested I add Wales to my "multinational flags" https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/711574868/. Couldn't use that for Wales. So I made this instead.
Sliced flag of Wales into 200 costumes, each a vertical strip. Code keeps left end of flag still, sets shadows as brightness, then stamps lines, all with sine functions.
