He saw Bolt and seeked to help him. Bolt tries to run up to kotta and bangs his head on a rock and falls over, kotta giggles a bit and that makes bolt a bit angry so bolt grows wings somehow and zaps kotta. Kotta staggers up and feels bad. He offers a apology, but Bolt just gives a stern look, before considering his offer.
