Info: Lumino Federation is a mult-versed company owned by the Lumino Family, a bunch of out-worldly humans who explore different realms and send in letters to anyone who want to join. (Anyone can join the Federation but only ONE can become the specialist of their universe) The Federation has last for at least 600 years and in each generation, a random elder child from the family to be the captain/new owner. In each universe, 5-6 letters are sent to some random people/characters, and they do have the choice of if they can assist or stay in their realm. (No, the Federation don't force the person) In each realm's group, there is a specialist, and every specialist is shown to be quite special as they show abilities which aren't quite normal (which is vital for the Federation since the place the specialists explore are quite dangerous, specially the NeonSpace which is an endless void filled with monsters and small islands.)
