This description is written by @Birchbreeze I hit 1k so to celebrate I'm hosting a DTA :D (and yes I am posting this early, mostly since I have school coming up and I want to take a Hiatus for the first quarter of it) - edit august 1, I have 1k now, tysm >:D All of the designs are based off songs in the project. I just took whatever vibe I got from the song and made it a design Please skim through the description. If you win a design, make sure to read the TOS ------------------------------------- Rules -Remixing only -Any art theft/tracing will automatically be disqualified -No discrimination or bullying, especially to yourself -This includes saying "oh I won't win" or "my art is terrible" -There are 6 designs total. You can win 1 human one and 1 cat one -while you can win both for a song if you draw both, they are not guaranteed together -No entry limit -Quality over quantity (tho quantity does help) -Design changes are fine, just make them recognizable -If it adds something to the backstory, I love to see it! -No using the design if you haven't won -You can keep the story you made and I encourage you do You can change species or anthropomorphize but keep the species similar to the original, basically don't make the cat human or the human a cat As of now, the due date is August 25. I may extend if not many people join or I may post some designs as OTA. Worst case scenario, I'll just keep the unwanted ones. (UPDATE- New due date September 20th) ------------------------------------- What is a DTA? A dta stands for "draw to adopt". You will draw art of the character you want and compete with others. The art and story I like best will win. Keyword, story also matters. A good story or purpose for the character is more likely to win ------------------------------------- TOS (terms of service) If you win, please wait about a month before trading and reselling, otherwise what's the point of you getting the design? Don't EVER use my designs for anything weird or dirty (basically, adult content). I love gore and dark stuff so idc if you use them for a dark story that isn't really scratch friendly, just know when the right time to post that art is. General rule of thumb, you can use them for whatever as long as it's NOT: 18+, political, or encouraging hatred towards any group of people I am perfectly fine with you using them offsite or in a comic your writing, just credit me if someone asks or compliments the design. I have the right to revoke the design if you have broken the TOS majorly (unlikely to happen) ------------------------------------- Designs 1 - Redesign Your Logo This song always gave me purple and patch vibes, no idea why. 2 - Christmas Kids I thought this sounded like a crisis in the dead of winter at night, maybe in the woods. I think the owl house animatics I've watched with this song tainted my view lol (the actual meaning behind this song is very dark so tw for that) 3 - Sure Thing (aka my fav designs) I think of a chill cozy night in summer by the beach.
