Barshuk (Also known as just "CERBERUS") is a shape-shifting entity who adopted the persona of a knock-off Scratch mascot in order to fit in with the actual mascots. Unfortunately, he's stuck looking like a blue dog for most of the time. Also, if you see his true form, you're probably already dead. He can escape the screen, but he's vulnerable to guns and all of that stuff. (Not like he instantly dies after being shot though)
