Here is the story if you have trouble reading it: Tarns wings were sore and they missed the water, the wind felt strange flowing under her navy-blue wings. Tarn closed her eyes and tried to imagine the wind as wet, calming, deep seawater. She failed terribly. /Why did I even agree to this?/ She thought, squinting in the morning sunlight. It reflected angrily over the waves and made the mist glow orange, Tarn could easily imagine it trying to shine it’s brightest just to blind her. She and family were flying over to the lost continent-or Pantala if thats what those other strange dragons were calling it. “Are we going to land yet?” Oryo her little sister asked, faltering under the wind. “We’ve flown all night. And I just can’t wait to get to the water.” “I agree,” Tarn said, she looked at her wings and winced. “My wings are so sore.” Oryo nodded as her mother (Tide) considered this. Tarn was about to continue when suddenly a seagull nearly bashed her face off. She rebalanced herself and took off to get revenge. The seagull flapped away smugly and started off toward a black line on the horizon. -Wait. She thought as she dove closer. It was land, a lot of land. “We’re almost there!” A voice called from behind Tarn. She could hear happy laughter from behind. Guessing that was Oryo, she twisted around to see that her guesses were right. She saw Oryo happily doing loops in the air. /We’ve made it./ Tarn thought. She didn’t know what feeling that was tumbling in her heart. Relief? Satisfaction? Reassurance? She soared over the waves, suddenly realizing a new energy in her wings. She was there. /We’re finally at The Lost Continent/
Yes I know it’s is supposed be a remix but I am very busy and stressed so I hope it’s ok if I do it like this. I hope everybody understands that Tarn is a SeaWing and is a dragon. The SeaWing tribe is was made by Tui T Sutherland in the books Wings Of Fire. (Just so everybody knows ;) Tarn: navy-blue SeaWing with hazel eyes.
