https://turbowarp.org/ This is for Pc only. Not mobile. Incase you haven't found out by now... Turbowarp is WAAYYYYYYYYY better than scratch as far as playing/creating games. (Turbowarp is just a mod for Scratch)
Copy the link above and paste it into a new tab on your browser then click Addons then type "Enhanced full screen" into the Addon search bar then enable Enhanced full screen and make sure "open full screen project player in full screen browser mode" and "hide toolbar in full screen" are both check marked now go back to TurboWarp then click Advanced scroll down to Custom stage size and set the "480" to "640" and that's it, click the full screen button as usual and now your actually full screened.
