my terms of service because I've been seeing other people doing also because it's good since i have a shop now :] [ DESIGN TOS ] - do not resell it for more you bought it for (unless the char comes with art you purchased) - do not use it for anything 18+ - do not claim it as being designed by you - please credit me when being used (all my socials are da, th and etsy. i can be found as spinaech for all of them) - do not post anywhere outside of scratch, th, da or etsy. please let me know before hand if you wish to do post on any other socials. - i can and will revoke any designs from anyone if given a reason for it. i do not want my designs to be associated with anyone problematic and i will make sure they are not - do not give them away for free (please let me know if it being gifted to a friend) - they can be co-owned, no need to ask - do not make "family" designs (eg twins, siblings or parents) inspired by my designs. - always credit me if you make a design inspired by one of mine - redesigns are allowed - changing the design is allowed - do not copy my designs - do not turn my ocs into gacha ocs - do not sell/gift/trade my designs to anyone on my blacklist or dni [ ART TOS ] - i wont draw anything 16+ [things such as gore and body horror are all fine] - credit me when using my art - i do not draw for free - i wont draw robots or realism [ DNI ] - Homophobic, transphobic, anti LGBTQIA+ in general - xenophobic - purposely use incorrect pronouns - racist - sexist/misogynistic - conservative christians [ GREYLIST ] - [ BLACKLIST ] - @blazepaw54 - @mintee98 - @niteflash_widow - @-thegxxdmxn- - @lorystories123 please unfollow me if you support these people
