★ TOS/Terms of service ★ Here's my ToS - this has all the information you need to know about anything to do with my designs, etc. ^^ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 1. ALWAYS credit me for any designs/art I have made 2. Do not steal any of my chars, designs, art etc. 3. Do not use any alts for things such as freebies etc. 4. Do not resell my designs without my permission [if perm is given, refer back to rules 2 & 3]. ASK BEFORE SELLING! 5. If you are on any of my friends black list, I will put you on the Greylist. 6. Do not put things in the wrong section on my profile [don't worry if you forget, just know for next time ^^] 7. Do not use my art as an icon unless I say you can 8. I take constructive criticism, but with good intentions, not if you're straight up shaming my art for no reason. Keep you're opinion to yourself if you think it'll be hurtful! 9. If you fail to give credit for a design [after I have given warnings], I will claim the design 10. If you are to remix my projects, please change something. I can't tell you not to remix [since that violates the scratch guidelines], but it's fair for me to be rather annoyed if you don't edit the project. 11. If you see that someone has violated my ToS, please inform me and provide a link to the project. You can question them about it, but if you know it'll just turn into an argument, leave it, otherwise, you and the person who has broken my ToS will potentially move to the Greylist. 12.
