I like this chapter. I feel like we’re finally getting a little excitement. Hazepaw is actually very good at memorization and is naturally skilled at most aspects of being a healer. However, she often doesn’t put her full effort into her studies, because, well, that’s boring. Goldenpaw is less naturally talented, but he tends to work harder than Hazepaw, so they’re at about the same skill level. But when bribed with the prospect of free time, Hazepaw is a little more willing to put some effort in. Plus, she has a bit of a competitive streak.
