There aren't really any rules, but do understand that animation quality will play a role in the winners (trust me bro). Dark Elmos first apperance was in a fangame i made back in 2022 Elmo in grouchland 2 where he would replace huxely as the main villian in the game, hes also in the third build (but its a WIP lol)
