Well, without further ado, let's jump right in to the rules; Rᴜʟᴇs ✰ You only have 72h (3 days) to finish your part, an additional 24hrs will be added for every extra part ✰ Any animation level ✰ No form, just ask in comments! ✰ First come, first serve ✰ Two parts max ✰ A background is required for every part ✰ Stick to the pallet ✰ One sprite (Not the backdrops) ✰ No forever loops, message1s, etc etc ✰ Absolutely NO animating in the backdrops, nothing in the backdrops either, including the background ✰ You don't need to ask to make a TNE ✰ PMV or AMV, though AMV is preferred ✰ Automatic drop if your part is overdue and you don't notify me, sorry for the inconvenience ^^ ✰ Have fun!
