The snow poured down onto the Solitary Towers. It piled up quick and a few unfortunate creatures were stuck in it.. Including Saint. Saint ran through the cold, Holding a lantern to her chest as she shivered. The snow made her vision blurry, She could only vaguely see the silhouettes of unfortunate creatures like centiwings and lizards trapped in the storm. She then tripped. She stumbled onto the ground, Hitting her head on the snowy floor. She peeked open her eyes, and looked at the thing that she tripped on.. It was a scavenger. A barely alive one at that. She swallowed her lantern, And she picked up the scavenger. She began swinging through the room with her tongue, Carrying the scavenger with all her might. She finally reached her shelter. And she dragged the scavenger in. She spat her lantern out and placed it in her mane. She put the scavenger next to her as she huddled around it. Attempting to save it from the cold.. The last thing she heard was footsteps directly in her ear and confused chitters. “Shelter with other creatures to generate warmth.”
