Nastabelle is the second member of the N-Mexel Armada and also the writer of the N-Mexel Armada. Unusually for her being a bit upset, and unlike the rest of the N-Mexel members, she is never fought directly; instead, some of the characters were brainwashed by Nastabelle's hypnosis abilities. She is almost always seen with a neutral expression on her face and can only change emotions when she is alone with Frozzor.
