Instructions

Nychta Omorfia is a large filter feeding fish that is averagely 30 feet in length(Roughly the size of a school bus). Though not being the most active creature they still filter food though their frilly tails. These giant fish are similar to cicadas, but instead they spend around 10 years at the bottom of the sea. After hatching, Nychta Omorfia will spend their youth at the bottom of the sea until adulthood. And when the reach adulthood, they will swim towards the surface. They exclusively breach to the surface at night, as they are of course, brightest at night. The reason they are so large is from deep sea gigantism, their ancestors mainly caused this. But they ever so slightly have gotten larger as the generations go bye. A Nychta Omorfia's life is relativity short, they hatch, head to the surface, mate, and then die. Though unlike others, these ones put up a show. A Nychta's mating dance can vary from Nychta to Nychta but are overall a beautiful sight to see. Like a Aurora Borealis in sea, a few creatures near may stop and take a look at the strands of glowing fish. Nychta only have the threat of dying without a mate as almost nothing hunts them. Even when threatened they are intimidating due to their numbers. Which groups range from 50-300 at a time.
