HOW TO PLAY The objective of the game is to have the highest total in all categories as possible. At the start of each turn, 5 dice are rolled. You then get 2 chances to reroll as many as you want, by clicking on the dice you want then reroll. Select no dice then reroll if you don't want to reroll. After you have rerolled, select the category. If you choose a category you do not meet the criteria for, YOU WILL HAVE IT SET TO ZERO. Ones, twos, threes, fours, fives and sixes are the sum of those numbers on the dice. Full house is 3 of one number and 2 of another number, and is always worth 25 points. A small straight is 4 consecutive numbers, such as 1 2 3 4 or 2 3 4 5. This is always worth 30.A large straight is five consecutive numbers such as 1 2 3 4 5 or 2 3 4 5 6. This is always worth 40. A yahtzee is 5 of the same number, and is always worth 50. Three of the same is 0 unless you have three of the same number, in which case it is the sum of the dice. Four of the same is also 0 or the sum of the dice. Chance is the sum of the dice with no requirements, so only put a good score in it. You also get a 35 point bonus if the ones twos threes fours fives and sixes add up to 63 or more, which is what you get for 3 ones, 3 twos, etc. Click the red button next to the category to enter it as your score. You may not use a category twice. Enjoy!
This is my take on the classic game Yahtzee, released in 1973. None of the categories were created by me. The how to play section is relatively long compared to most projects as this is a full board game.
