. a r t d u m p click, space bar, or arrow keys to proceed this is all of the art that i made for scratch artcon! i’ve always wanted to experiment more with traditional art, so this was a way to help me get more comfortable :) here’s my artcon booth - https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/872500267/ 1 - @percyswing shaded sketch ミ☆ this was the first request i had, i admit that i struggled a bit finding a good pose :’) nikolai is really cool, the rat was fun to draw, too ^^ 2 - @-cloudzberry- shaded sketch ミ☆ i can’t really draw antlers lol, this one was easier than the first request for some reason, i don’t usually draw side views so i surprised myself :D 3 - @thedeadfishoverthere sketch page ミ☆ this was the first sketch page i did, so i definitely learned from this drawing to plan out the page before drawing it :’) i liked the character, but i don’t think i really executed the drawing that well. 4 - @mono_octo sketch page ミ☆ i found my highlighters so i decided to add some color instead of making it look plain, i actually like this page :0 5 - @__retroo__ sketch page ミ☆ kayin looked cool so it was fun to experiment, i actually didn’t use refs this time except for the oc drawing, i think it looks pretty good but it could have been better lol 6 - @lotosprincess doodle ミ☆ this was pretty simple, i tried not to add shading but i think it still looks good without it. the only thing i struggled on was the braids- 7 - @purplehighlighter1 sketch page ミ☆ this is my favorite one, i actually used a ref for the pose this time (you can tell bc the hand looks ok) and instead of adding a lot of drawings, i just did two main drawings, which was good bc i felt like artblock was coming :”) 8, 9, 10 - raffle results !! ミ☆ at my booth, i hosted a raffle for a character i designed :) the next slide shows the results <3 congrats @cloudii-moon for winning the character! you can use it anywhere or make any changes you want, but make sure to credit me for the design :)) the character is on the next slide <3 ok, that’s all for this project <3 i’ll be posting some of my refs next, looking forward to writing more about my characters in there ^^ see you in the next one ! ──── ✩ ──── art ⋆ @gh0stwriter characters ⋆ credited above music ⋆ willow - taylor swift some tags - #art #games #artcon #digitalart #artdump #traditional #drawing
