Observing art and watching other people when they draw actually really helped me. Recently.. not really recently but like— ehem.. I’ve started watching videos. Both tutorials and drawing processes. It’s helped me all! + I actually do! It’s on my old tablet, I believe. I also have some on my phone. Unless you mean when I was a literal baby first starting out on life then.. yes, I still do as well lmao XD Q. What your fav food? @paswordmonkey A. H m m m . . To be honest?? I can’t really say for sure what my favorite food is.. I’d have to say.. something light. I hate feeling stuffed QvQ Especially since I get full so quickly :sob: But I still like my fair share of foods. Even if it isn’t light XD Confusing, I know. Q. How long has SaSB existed? @paswordmonkey A. Actually, I’ve had it as an idea for a while now. I made up a Genshin OC, Pio, then had an idea to make more. Surely enough, Kayin and Alek were made. I was thinking, “Boy, he’s an aggressive and protective character.. I wonder how that came to be?” That’s how, one night, I thought of Such a Strange Boy. I also changed Alek’s personality as I went. It really helped me a lot to be a better writer. You should’ve seen the drafts *gag* terrible. So many time skips bleh XD I’ve taken a lot more things into account now, and am currently writing the first chapter! Q. And what do you usally draw on? @paswordmonkey A. I used to draw on my Samsung tablet using my finger. After I got a phone, I used that to draw, also using my finger. On Christmas.. last year? I think? I got an iPad :D And so I used that with my finger. On my 15th birthday, I got an Apple Pen and Procreate! Now I use my iPad, Apple Pen, and Procreate to draw. I can still use my fingers if need be. Q. Who are your art inspos/role models , Do you want to do art professionally in the future? If yes, what sub-field/job would you like to enter/do? @Lotosprincess A. That is such a good question?? Personally, I have a lot of inspos and role models. Some my own age, some hundreds of years older than me. One of them has to be nature. Observing nature and my surroundings has helped me become a better artist, and more aware. But some of my favorite YouTube artists are.. Rinspirit_art, Chommang_drawing, Fungzau, Kooleen, SamDoesArts, Bluebiscuits, Nadiaxels. There are also painters, but I can’t remember their names QvQ. An olden days painter I friggin is love Rembrandt. His lighting technique is gorgeous and skillful?! And Van Gogh, his minimalistic style, yet use of vibrant colors are a sight to behold. + Actually, nope! I was thinking of studying law. Art’s just a passionate hobby. Maybe I will do it professionally in the future as a side-job?? The kind of field I’d enter would be maybe concept artist?? Mainly just commissions for people. That’s all!
