I could elaborate in the comments for why I put a character in a certain tier. for tpot contestants I would put winner in amazing (i like their voice, reference, and backstory with loser) and price tag in good (mostly only for their design)
Spongy would go in Ok but I couldn't fit him in that tier. I feel like people will agree with some of my choices.
