This is a tier list that ranks peoples OC's by power level! This is my opinion though, but this took me a whole day worth of researching, and if you have any opinions/OC's and forms or battles to tell me exist that'll help me rank more people better! (This isn't set in stone, so please recommend changes that will show a more clearer and better researched tier list, and I'll do another, more researched and more improved tier list!)
