Description

As the player arrives at the west-most part of the city walls, a cutscene plays. (Or a comic strip sort of thing, since that was established earlier in the game) [Cutscene start] (or ^^) The player approaches the city wall, whispers can be heard. The whispers say words and phrases such as "Perfection" and "Do not resist." As the player gets closer to investigate, squinting his eyes. A giant, blue, shadow-y hand reaches out of the wall to grab the player. The player jumps back, narrowly dodging the hand. The hand retracts into the wall. [Cutscene end] *Insert first half of city walls level* (btw I have a few ideas for gameplay if anyone wants to hear that) After the player finishes the first half of the level, they trigger a cutscene. (or comic book thing ahhh) [Cutscene start] The player continues to walk across the wall, hoping to find the entrance. Suddenly a silhouette runs across the screen. The player jerks their head, trying to figure out where it is. Another hand emerges from the wall swiftly, this time grabbing the player. The player attempts to wiggle out, but is unsuccessful. Finally, the silhouette reveals himself to be Cappy, almost teleporting in front of the player due to his immense speed. Cappy: I know what you are trying to do, you are attempting to be the hero. I do hate to break it to you however... Cappy gets closer to the player. Cappy (distorted voice): You're not. Cappy: (normal voice): Now do not try to stop us. Cappy speeds away, and the hand gripping the player retreats back into the wall. The player gasps for air, looking ahead of him. *insert second half of level here*
