norway nrambles are back but this time it’s all jiggy yall not filling out a project bio for him or anything until he’s here but i’ll be rambling about him and putting random info here plus his wip ref + og design (click/space to see how his patterns will flare up over time; im so bad at editing stoat designs ksjdhfksgf) name: jigsawkit nicknames: jig, jiggy, jigs gender: amab cis pronouns: he/him (for now, though i may use they/them after his gender arc) clan: undecided (leaning towards shadow or wind) based off of: qibli (wings of fire) basic personality: silly goofy guy who cares a ton about his friends, his brain is constantly going a million miles a minute analyzing everyone and everything in mass detail while also wondering in the back of his brain if anyone's going to take that juicy looking wren from the prey pile. loves music, has amazing humor, and is great with witty comebacks more in-detail personality (written by the author of the wof wiki on qibli with heavy edits by me): a good-natured cat at heart, jigsaw often makes witty jokes and clever observations, and tries to get along with everyone, especially upon first meeting them. his brain is constantly moving a hundred miles a second, and is able to come up with three different escape plans in less than a minute while also analyzing everyone and everything around him in mass detail. intelligent and sincere, he uses his brain to solve problems. jig is very open about his feelings and is friendly and observant. he often does not need to yell, instead using his wit and natural charm to get out of any sticky situation. traits: witty, curious, honest, practical, generous, charming, selfless, stubborn, compassionate, talkative, observant, gentle, excitable, optimistic, fair, peculiar, clever, hopeful, cheerful, self-doubting, enthusiastic. when others are in danger or hurting, he becomes genuinely concerned, his voice suddenly gentle instead of playful. he cares about other cats very deeply and wants to be considered significant by others. He is often tempted to steal things due to his loner upbringing; his thoughts are complicated and careening. he is anything but a sneak, and refuses to betray those he loves, even by pretending to. jigsaw is accustomed to simpler tastes, and when he sees decorative wealth or excessive anything, he is only reminded of how it could have been used to help others instead of just being another decoration. he is reasonable, but does not like to be described as normal, and he knows how to play tricks with his words. he is also willing to push aside rationality in order to help others. he loves meeting new cats and trying to read them, and he is always considering how other dragons think and what they are like on the inside. his brain is organized, and his thoughts are constant; willing to admit to and apologize when he is in the wrong. he is intelligent and has several big ideas, but the desire to be liked lies underneath everything he does. he is not usually quiet. despite his external good nature, jigsaw has been deeply affected by his abusive relationship with his biological mother, and although he often tries to drown out her voice by focusing on his life as a clan cat, the smallest things can bring painful memories crashing back in. he constantly faces insecurity about being ordinary, small, insignificant, and useless. he desperately wants other cats to like him and cannot seem to resist those who smile at him or seem to genuinely enjoy his company. he often feels anxious or blames himself very harshly whenever he makes a mistake. +
random design notes: - his eyes are faux purple - his pupils are reddish-mauve due to his rare form of melanism - wears a long ponytail in the back tied with (undecided material), bangs are like curtain bangs mixed with a wolf cut - accessories are very renn faire themed - bongos are non opt - the things on his knees/legs are soft-wood ‘kneecaps’ trivia: (ty to hound for writing some of these out for me i forgor) - plays the bongos!! he also loves to drum on things - when he drums, he seems to play with his entire body, seeming to dance and play and sing at the same time - taps on things like rocks and sticks and trees when thinking or when bored - lots of scars around the paw and knee area because he's a little boy what do you expect - fidgets a lot; can never sit still (physical adhd) - tends to tip his head a lot - tends to notice musical sounds in nature (like birds calling, the breeze, bugs vibrating, ext) - likes to dance and does not give two shakes of a rat’s tail about what other cats think whatsoever - likes to draw in the dirt/sand/wherever - hums/whistles a lot - enjoys making ‘instruments’ in his free time (if that would be allowed, from things like sticks and rocks) - amazing at getting out of sticky situations with charm - very flirty (in a joking, funny way to his friends he knows ‘hate’ him/are stuck up) (qinter moment /iykyk) - would literally lay down his life for his friends/adoptive family - still cares deeply for the ones who hate him, especially his birth mother - loves to write specific songs for anyone he meets/sees, even if he’s never spoken to them - sarcastic ❤️ other silly stuffs: - uranic - minor adhd, some mild forms of autism (will be written out and properly researched, though most of the symptoms i’ll be giving them i have myself) "you can't force someone to love you. the best you can do is strive to be someone worthy of loving." - ??? to jigsaw, ???
