Higher iterations are more accurate, but not much so. Set to a low resolution until you find something you like, then set it high to get a nice image. Lowering sliders in settings improves performance, though isn't as nice. Coarse resolution is the resolution it runs through before the good copy, so to speak. I made it a few days ago, back when I was 14. I realised that since my dad had made his first Mandelbrot at 15, I had to beat him, haha. So I made sure to finish this before the 20th, I just had some cleaning up to do before I shared it with all of you, now it's here to be enjoyed. :D What is a Mandelbrot, you might wonder? A Mandelbrot is a beautiful display born of simple maths. It repeats an equation, z[n+1] = z[n]^2+c, meets certain conditions, then a colour is decided (black if it goes on indefinitely, otherwise a colour based on how long it takes). That's as much as can be simply explained, feel free to search the internet for more information. I hope you enjoy this demo.
