space to change covers Grim is (going to be) a post-apocalyptic roguelike about the grimace shake :skull: Backstory- Grimace (Grim) has basically taken over the city with his shake. Anyone who drinks it will pass out and slowly become part of the grimace hivemind. When the shake gets full control of them, they will wake up and can only follow Grim's orders. Grim can also create mini versions of himself, called Shakers. They are able to infect other people by touching them, which is why the player has to wear a hazmat suit. These are the main enemies. Player's story- Carney wakes up from a nap and sees that the bunker is filled with purple goo. Not knowing what happens, he begins to explore the bunker and realizes everyone is missing, except for you. You were hiding from the Shakers while Carney was sleeping, and explain everything that happened to him. The Shakers came in through the external ventilation system and infected everyone except for him, because he had a suit on and couldn't be infected. Gameplay- The player has to defeat the Shakers by spraying them with a different flavored shake (like vanilla or strawberry), which each have different stats and effects (list coming soon). The shakes can be found at different places in the city, starting with vanilla. Shakes are used offensively, but the player can also drink them for bonus effects (basically you can choose to use some ammo for extra speed, healing, invincibility, etc.) The other members of the bunker are in the city. All(Most?) of them are infected, and once you save them they are part of your team. They each have their own unique ability which can provide a buff, release an attack, or defend the player. You can find weapons in the city too, which are modified "shake sprayers". They shoot whichever shake is equipped. pretty simple idk all of this is concept and can change, leave suggestions in the comments
