No one knows him, except for his assistant/sidekick, Foril, a red amongus with a pink visor, glowing the same amount as Keral. His base/area is completely hidden, even from Decay. Keral is also the strongest in the universe, completely unmatched, and he will make sure that the villain race WINS.
