So the other day i went to see this movie ----------------l <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<------------------------------------------l SOUND OF FREEDOM It was a truly amazing movie that i recommend 100% It is PG-13, It has crude language and very sensitive topics, this movie is not for the light hearted and people who easily scare. I think this movie is incredibly important to see because its bringing awareness to a modern day issue that has sky rocketed more recently. The topic is human trafficking, it is more in accordance to minors especially around the ages form 6-12 i believe. This is an issue that does not want to be talked about at all, this movie was made 5 years ago and old just came out to theaters. People were fighting its relise and did not want this problem to become aware of. In the beginning you see real footage of small children being kidnapped and its just heart breaking. The movie shows exactly everything that happens to these children. This is a real problem and im hopping my review on here will get the word out more for people to see it. Even if its only scratch. Sound of Freedom is based on a true story, it stars Jim Caviezel who plays the role of a government agent who tracks down and arrests pedophiles. He goes on to be able to save a little boy from one of the traffickers and he asks Jim's character Tim/Timetao to rescue his sister which then he goes on risking everything, his job and even his life to save this little girl and return her to her family. It is a very "informational", meaningful, and heart felt movie. This movie was made to get the story of all child trafficking victims so that there is a better chance that we can stop this. Its horrifying to know that this problem is a real threat but we can still listen to it instead of blocking it out like everyone wants to do. This move has meaning, action, an amazing plot and much more for me it is a 10/10 and i would go and see it again.
