This cartoon is the footage of a 'Yogi Bear & Boo Boo Bear' episode named "Never Misbehave At Your Own Risk", which is set in the French commune of Source-Seine in the department of Côte-d'Or, which is part of the region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté: Following the synopsis and the plot to the beginning of the footage, two infamous anthropomorphic bears (one named "Yogi" [grizzly bear] and the other one named "Boo Boo" [dwarf bear]) are seen being chased by the Alouettes (one named "Frolois" [male] holding a baseball bat and the other one named "Germain" [female] carrying a broom with both of their surnames named "Alouette") across the tourist attraction (park) called "Sources de la Seine ("Source of the Seine" in English)" because of the inconvenience they've caused to their indoor lodging in the French commune of "Source-Seine". Unfortunately, as the two infamous anthropomorphic bears manage to exit the park (tourist attraction), they get beaten up by the aforementioned Alouettes trying to tie the bears up, which they did (it isn't seen in the footage as the scene only appears in the full cartoon whatsoever in the future, thus abruptly ending the footage in a questionable and confusing manner).
