This is just a little mock-up since most of the content for the Metroid series has been made for SSBG. Series: Metroid Fighter/s and their spritsheet: Samus https://www.spriters-resource.com/fullview/17190/ Notes: - The Metroid vector is yet to be made. Some characters considered for bio art include Kraid, Sylux and Raven Beak. - Originally Phendrana Shorelines from Metroid Prime was meant to be the Metroid Stage, but this was chosen instead due to it referencing Metroid Dread, which was new upon the time of creation. - Sylux was considered for SSBG's roster, however Ridley was incredibly likely to appear. Whilst he doesn't make the Top 5 characters that are the most likely to get in the game that aren't in the roster, he's definitely one of the more popular characters. If Meta Knight were playable, then he'd be the number one villain I'd include. But due to size constraints due to Scratch's project size limitations, Ridley was cut in favour of this roster. - Metroid was meant to have more Metroid Dread inspiration, but due to limitations only the stage and references to the game in bios were included for the game. Super Metroid getting so much content was never planned, it was always Metroid Prime and Dread that would get the focus. It's a shame really. - This included Samus having her Metroid Dread colours. - Torvus Bog, Sector 1, Burenia and Tallon Overworld Depths were all considered for remixes. Noteably Sector 1's remix by Gencoil is strongly associated with this stage! - Samus' portrait references the openings to the Metroid Prime games where Samus spins arounds and shoots an energy blast. Ridley's bio references SSBB, Dark Samus' MP3, and Samus' M2SR.
SSBG's release date to be announced within (possibly) 4-8 months from now.
