In 1995, DTS released a new trailer as some people complained that DTS's previous logo was too noisy and bombastic for more somber movies such as Schindler's List. So far, it was only seen in three theaters in both Albuquerque and St. Louis because Imagine Entertainment nearly sued DTS over how this trailer overly resembled the crue logo.
