Shortly after the B.E.F. stopped their advance in the peninsula, Brightsian settlers were allowed to colonize the occupied areas, and paid to allow government officials to construct schools and reeducation centers for the natives. Once these natives have completed a short 2 month course on the basic language of Brightsburg in on of the schools, their given three options; 1. Stay in the peninsula. 2. Move to Brightsburg. 3. Enlist in the Army. If a native decides to join the Army, they'll receive Brightsian citizenship, and all benefits included for in Enlistees. Once they complete basic training, they'll be sent to special Native Infantry regiments. These regiments are yet to see combat.
