I didn't have any good ideas in my head, so I just went with a character named "Jeremiah 'Squishy' Schmidt". About Him: Basically, he's some teenage blob thing who isn't really the best at his job, particularly due to his poor attention skills. Jeremiah's also socially isolated; and unlike Ash, he still remains lonely even after making small conversations with others. However, what sets him apart from other workers is his ability to turn into a sentient puddle of orange goo that can enter any crevice in the facility, allowing him to traverse through places that other workers couldn't get to (i.e. ventilation systems, pipes, and even small fissures on the walls). This certain ability him versatile in jobs that require plumbing, air purification, fixing of the wiring, etc. In other words, even though Jeremiah's not super social, nor does he talk at all, he still shares a bit of contribution to the team and has lots of potential to fare well enough to promotion.
