description a Rare Scarner comes to be when there's an evolutionary/aging error that causes it's blue drums to not switch to gray and dark red, but changes its whole body blue, arms shrink (and eventually start to disappear), a shower head on ITS head, and telekinesis (but doesn't use it and just makes the shower head do the work).
