A: I'm sorry new Scratchers, but you are not able to get any shoutouts untill you are an official Scratcher. Q: Is there a max amount of shoutouts? A: No. There can be unlimited shoutouts. Q: Why did you make this project? A: I was originally adding shoutouts to my "About me" section on my profile page, but they started to pile up and there is a 200 character limit so I ran out of space.
