Aloha! Soooo for long while I’ve had this fondness for a special type of card, the delta species cards! They come out during the time of ruby and sapphire card days and are fascinating! I hadn’t even realized an entire Region and lore existed in the card games! The delta species Pokémon are like regional variants but are not natural. Scientists were looking for the Pokémon mew and during an experiment and explosion radiated all the Pokémon changing their typing, mostly to electric or steel. Some got other strange typings!
