It's 11:55 PM on the first operating day of Small World, and many characters gather around to bring up the big opening. As soon as the announcer is done with his hello message, the rest of the characters offscreen raise up their balloons to celebrate the opening of Small World. All of the characters will surely be excited and they will love Small World, and we had a great time sharing laughter and hope together.
