the rules are simple: 1: don't make your character too large. if you do, at least put it in the back layer (not behind the background). 2: don't remove any music people have added. (unless it breaks scratch's guidelines) 3: all kinds of OCs are allowed. 4: absolutely NO custom thumbnails, please. if you make one, use the template provided in the project. 5 (optional): add your OC on a cube (or any 3D object in general) of the same color as its own sprite! 6: don't change this rules list if you don't need to.
