It's canon to TBOG (The Battle Of the Ghosts) lore. This boy is confirmed to be Spectro's "old pal." So he will appear in season 3. He is also associated with puppets/marionettes. I feel like @ImportedKayleigh and I have a secret connection. I had a dream and he's in it; just like she did with Chronophobia.
