This is my entry for round one of ARC match three! My prompt was vintage, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with that phrase. I started working on it immediately and have been drawing it piece by piece over the past five days (I would have finished it sooner, but I’ve been a bit busy). The finished product contains a total 151 layers and approximately 5.5 hours were taken to make it. I wanted to lean into some colors associated with the “vintage” aesthetic via a pallet, but once the lighting was added it began to look more like my regular art where there are harsher colors. I also decided to use my sona in this drawing instead of creating a new character, which I plan on doing again if I make it to the next round.
